Muffin Chocolate.. Yummy!!!..

Here at my place, its raining day (when I post this article).

Very cool & at the same time, I miss my "baby".

I think most of us know what is muffin rite? But, not many of us know how to baked a simple muffin. If at my town, muffin cost RM 3 - RM 5. According to the decoration. More decoration, more expensive the muffin. If just simple muffin [chocolate, vanilla & etc] maybe cheaper. How about at your place??? 

To make it simple, my youngest sister & brother plan to baked our own muffin. This is the second time baked muffin with the chocolate flavour, last time is vanilla. Just change the flavour. He He.. 

The ingredients to baked muffin is so simple. You just need to buy a packet of Muffin Mix. I think all supermarket have sell this. If don't have, try to find at cake supplier shop at your area. Conform they got sell it.

The Ingredients:-

1. Muffin mix     400g

2. Egg     130g ( 2 eggs )

3. Water    100g

4. Oil     130g

Method:-

i. Add all ingredients in the bowl

ii. Mix at low speed using whisk for 1 minute

iii. Scrape and mix at medium speed for 3 minute

iv. Pour into muffin tins or cups and bake at 210C for 18 minutes to 20 minutes.

For my muffin, I create my own mixed. I mix with chocolate chip and mixed colour rice. It to make the muffin more colourful. You also can add any topping at the top of the muffin as the decoration like cream and other else. Cheese also can, according to your imagination. Yeah!!!... 

Finally, I can bake my own muffin and no need go to bakery to find 1. Because it so expensive, you can save your pocket money again. Ha Ha... Here I post together some photo when we baked the muffin together. Enjoy it...
